Pit furnace is composed of furnace body, electric heating element, muffle tank, guide tube, circulating fan, furnace base, furnace cover, furnace cover lifting mechanism, carbon potential/temperature control system, gas distribution system cooling pipeline, etc. It adopts suspended bottomless muffle (oil seal), built-in diversion tube, aluminum silicate fiber module, furnace base to directly carry the workpiece structure and is equipped with advanced control system, which effectively guarantees the uniformity of furnace temperature and the uniformity and stability of carbon potential ; Realize automatic control and recording of temperature, carbon potential and technological process, mechanical action interlocking protection, mainly used for heat treatment such as carburizing, nitriding, carbonitriding, annealing and tempering of steel workpieces
