Energy-saving and electricity-saving, using electromagnetic induction heating method to directly heat the graphite boat, with high thermal efficiency, energy-saving and electricity-saving. The temperature rise rate is high; the product production cycle is short. Using special infrared temperature measurement technology, PID segmented program controls the heating curve. The temperature control is accurate and the error is small. The safety is high, the double-layer stainless steel furnace shell is adopted, the interlayer is cooled by water, and the temperature of the furnace shell is lower than 50ºC. It is equipped with air pressure, water pressure and high temperature alarms, and is also equipped with an overpressure relief device.
