This electric furnace is a periodic operation furnace, which is mainly used for uniform annealing treatment of aluminum alloy rods. The treated product has a uniform distribution of structure, and the performance indicators such as tensile strength, yield strength, and elongation are significantly improved.
The design maximum temperature of this furnace is 650 degrees, the maximum loading capacity is 35 tons, the longest aluminum rod is 7.5 meters, the heating method is gas heating, and there is a thermal circulation fan in the furnace to improve the uniformity of the furnace temperature.
The aluminum alloy homogenization production line includes a homogenizing furnace, a cooling chamber, and a three-dimensional feeding car. According to the customer's site conditions, the homogenizing furnace and the cooling chamber can be placed side by side or directly placed.
