The 30T aluminum melting furnace is a reverberatory flame furnace, which is used for aluminum alloy melting, blending, refining, heat preservation and casting. The main raw materials are 30% aluminum ingots + 70% other raw materials. Its structure is a rectangular furnace with a tilting straight furnace door. The aluminum smelting furnace adopts 650 thick insulation furnace wall, full casting structure, and cooperates with regenerative natural gas energy-saving combustion system.
